VICKI ZERCHER

Hi! I’m Vicki Zercher.  I was born and raised in Texas and have lived in Wood County for over 25 years.   Working as an HR Manager for over 20 years and a Social Worker for several years, I have learned a lot about people and how to treat them. Also owning a local Rodeo Drill Team for over 22 years gave me the opportunity to travel from rodeo to rodeo and meet new people from all over the country.  As a Christian, I have a servant’s heart and I long to help people and serve them in any way I can.  This has brought me to where I am today…

I am married to a wonderful man and living in Winnsboro, TX.  We have 4 children together and 14 grandchildren.  We have a horse ministry where my husband trains horses, puts on clinics, teaches lessons and preaches when we are traveling to different locations.  What a wonderful life!  Horses are my passion, and after a near death horse accident 8 years ago, I retired from Drill Team and Rodeo and am now on a new adventure teaching my grandchildren how to ride and enjoy the life we live.   John Wayne said, “Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway.”  I try to live by this motto by continuing to do what I love even though at times it can be pretty scary.  But isn’t that true in everything we do?

Real Estate has presented itself as the next step for me in my adventure of life and I have been working and loving this profession since obtaining my license in 2018.  Being able to help someone to find their dream home or ranch is both a challenge and a thrill.    I strive every day to learn more, to help others, and to be the best person that I can be.

I am here to help you, and I promise to always be honest and trustworthy.  I am a hard worker and will continue to work hard for you so that you too can have your dreams come true.
