HANNAH FLOWERS

Hannah was born and raised in East Texas and currently lives in Henderson, TX. She has always had a passion for real estate and the sense of home that comes with it. Growing up, she spent countless hours watching HGTV with her mom, which sparked her early interest in the industry and inspired her to pursue a future helping others find places they can truly call home. Her passion became even more personal when she helped her family clean foreclosed properties for Coldwell Banker Home Place Realty in Henderson, giving her firsthand exposure to the real estate industry at a young age.

Hannah graduated from Henderson High School in 2023 and is currently a senior at The University of Texas at Tyler, where she plans to graduate in December 2026 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She is excited to combine her background in marketing with her love for real estate to build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional service to clients.

Outside of real estate, Hannah enjoys shopping, social media, traveling, fishing, attending concerts, growing in her faith, and spending quality time with her family, boyfriend, and beloved dog, Bentley. She is proud to call East Texas home and looks forward to helping others find their perfect place here well.
