SHANNON THOMPSON

Shannon lives by the philosophy to do what you love and love what you do!  She was raised in Longview and graduated in 1993 from Spring Hill High School. She went on to graduate from University of Texas in Tyler in 1998 with a Bachelors of Business Administration. She started her career in the medical field but in 2005 decided to follow her dream and obtain her real estate license. She found that real estate is her passion and never has it felt like a day of work. 

Shannon has been married for 25 years to the love of her life, Ty Thompson, and they have two children, a daughter who attends Texas A&M and a son who is a senior at Spring Hill. The couple also owns two businesses here in Longview, Judson Outdoor Power & ATV as well as Boulder Designs by Judson Outdoor. While staying busy with those two businesses, Shannon still finds the time to work with buyers and sellers to help them find their next venture in life. When it comes to her clients she is patient and understanding of their needs, listens to their wants and desires, and works diligently to make their transition smooth and seamless.  

While Shannon and her husband are committed to their businesses, they also find time to volunteer with the Greater Longview Soccer Association.  Shannon has been a Commissioner with Longview Soccer for 10 years, helping the organization with team building, managing coaches and parents for different age groups. On her down time, you will find Shannon spending time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel, whether it’s cruising the Caribbean, flying across country or taking a road trip.
